I love this coffee shop! Maple Bar has the best tasting coffee in town in my opinion, sourced from Hammerhead Roasters! Also, to have great coffee, you need a great Baristas, and Kate the manager, is like a 3rd degree black belt barista! Seriously. She works magic with the espresso shots. Don’t sleep on this place!!

This place is great! I am trying to stop giving my money to large multinational conglomerates, but ... I have become accustomed tho their coffee. This place has GREAT (not earthy) espresso drinks. My go to is a tall Americano - black. It was perfect. I came back today because my buddy had something he called a 'cortado'. It is also amazing. Super friendly and helpful young lady at the counter who also made my drink. Great experience and great coffee. Will return often. Yes...I had to get out of my car, but I'm gonna hafta do that to support small businesses. You should too!

Such a cute spot in the neighborhood to walk to and grab a drink. My 10 year old and I enjoy walking there on a warm day and getting a cold iced drink (she gets the Italian sodas which are her favorite and I get a monthly special) The staff is always super sweet and friendly. Love the vibe of the place-decorated super cute.

Maple.Bar is the perfect addition for the Cordata Neighborhood and is the cutest little coffee shop! Super cozy, great space for working/focus-time and has a full menu of great coffee/tea/focus drinks! Plus, I bet it's a great stop for WCC students close by to snag a pick-me up before/after classes. Menu Faves: Honey Lavender Latte, Blue/Pink/Gold Lotus Drinks, Chocolate/Maple Bar Donuts Swing by Maple.Bar and check them out!

Been to Maple Bar several times over the last year and everything I've drank or eaten has been delicious. I love the monthly drink flavors to look forward to and the variety in donut bars. As a baker I can tell they use quality ingredients to get a perfectly soft, pillowy and non-greasy donut. I appreciate seeing they allow staff to express themselves with clothing/hair/makeup. The vibes are calm and non-pretentious; a rarity for most newer cafes in Bellingham. There wasn't an open table when I came in but the owner was kind enough to move her work so that I could have a table to myself. On top of this, the prices are reasonable and seem to reflect the needs of student budgets like myself. It's nice to have a coffee shop in town with some personality and eccentricity in the decor, serving ware, music, and menu.

The staff here are so friendly and it’s a very sweetly decorated shop. The donuts are really cute and small, which I think is a perfect size especially when accompanied with a drink :) I ordered their seasonal banana cream cold brew, wasn’t as banana-y as I anticipated but still very good!

Let me tell you all about this creative bunch The drink I tried for the month is called OnyaNerv and I'm obsessed! The name alone is fantastic but the taste is better. The coffee is strong and the sass is stronger! I also treated myself to a berry scone. I like how fluffy it was inside and the big berries. All around Lovely place with lovely staff.

I love the Maple Bar! This is a gem of a coffee shop tucked away in the Cordata neighborhood. They specialize in hand-crafted coffee & tea beverages, as well as small doughnuts and pastries. (Some of the tea is provided by The Spice Hut, a tea shop down the street.) I appreciate that the staff is always warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is bright, decor on trend, and features some local artisan goods. It’s a perfect place to meet up with friends, or work / study. See the photo below, which is a savory spinach tart and a chai latte. Yum!!
